One of Horace's most beautiful compositions and nice lyrics too lends itself very well to vocal versions. Ms. Jones is a worthy interpreter. Just in case anyone is interested there are equally beautiful vocal interpretations of this beautiful song to be found on you tube by Dee Dee Bridgewater and Andy Bey on the Horace Silver album " The United Peace of Mind" not to mention the original instrumental version but that's not the subject here. Wait, if this is a tribute... what happened to Talkingheads? I don't know much about that lot but I knew enough to know they are [were?] pretty good. Badbadnotgood should reverse their name. Obviously they're pretty darn tight as a band and so are Goodgoodnotbad? Norah sounds like she had fun with this one. We ever going to get a "Featuring, volume 2" or some such?

Jerry Harrison has been a prolific music producer post Talking Heads whereas Tina Weymouth and Chris Frantz enjoyed success as part of the Tom Tom Club and have also been involved in production as well. And, yes, it would behoove you to explore the Talking Heads catalog if so inclined. The Talking Heads original has long been a favorite among dance music cognoscenti ever since its release back in 1982.
@@PETK_618 I see. My limited understanding stems more from the cultural significance of such groups, than from any knowledge of their music. I am not much into dance music, to be honest. So I've never had cause to delve into groups from within that world. And I must confess, 1982, bit before my time. Regardless of any of that, thanks for the information.
